• Several Mac actions in one call — known steps go as one verified batch that stops at the first failure and returns the window state. Same TextEdit task: 15 calls / 135 s → 7–9 calls / 69 s.
• Pop-ups picked by name, apps found by name (with whether they answer AppleScript), and a clear rule: script a scriptable app for data work, click everything else.

Fixed in 1.4.24

• A shortcut right after typing did nothing — pending auto-capitalisation swallowed the next command's selection; typing settles it now.
• Multi-line fields read as one line; a bare wait in a batch is a pause, not an error.
